Achieve all safety, service, and cost targets in the Transportation department and champion safety procedures, processes and training to create and maintain a safety-first culture.
Oversee and develop Transportation Managers and personnel by discussing performance, creating plans to address gaps, driving associate engagement and retention, and creating a culture that embodies US Foods values.

Salary
Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan bonus up to 10% of base salary; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance
