Job Summary
Provide strategic and tactical leadership in the development and implementation of world class quality policies, programs, and procedures in support of overall operational goals and strategic objectives.
Drive a strong quality message through outstanding performance and investigate, determine root cause, initiate permanent corrective action, and document customer issues and complaints as they arise.
Develop and implement cost control/savings initiatives related to scrap reduction, process improvements and customer issues.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in technical, manufacturing, or related discipline
7+ years experience in manufacturing quality leadership
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience
ISO Quality Management Systems environment
Strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
