Incumbents act as a liaison between physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams to ensure timely and clinically appropriate patient placement in accordance with Mass General Brigham guidelines.
The position requires working evening shifts from 4:00pm to 12:30am on weekdays with every other weekend coverage to support critical hospital operations.
