The Collection Manager will collaborate with collection requirements managers and analytic teams to ensure clandestine and overt HUMINT collection operations are focused and optimized for maximum effectiveness.
Incumbents must utilize statistical, algorithmic, and data mining techniques to interpret ISR data sources, manage large datasets, and report findings in accordance with DoD and USCYBERCOM requirements.
This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph and offers the opportunity to shape the future of global security within Leidos' Intelligence Sector.

12 years of CI/HUMINT experience
Advanced data mining and visualization techniques
Intelligence Information Report (IIR) production
USCYBERCOM J2 mission support

Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure
Experience supporting Joint operations across domains
Graduate of Defense Strategic Debriefer Course
Background in collection management and targeting
Ability to disrupt and refuse to fail
Key Requirements
Minimum 12 years of related experience
Master's degree or Bachelor's plus 5 years senior experience
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
