The successful candidate will lead the budget and forecast process, manage revenue recognition compliance, and produce accurate financial reports including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

Must-have
7 to 10 years finance leadership experience
EMEA or international experience required
Management reporting and budgeting expertise
Variance analysis and month end accounting
Client relationship business partnering skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with E1 PeopleSoft PAX systems
US GAAP knowledge preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in uncertain environments
Desire for diverse collaborative environment
Key Requirements
Qualified Accountant with 7-10 years experience
Previous EMEA or international experience essential
Sound technical expertise in management reporting
Strong accounting knowledge with US GAAP preference
