As a skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in 4PL Supply Chain Service Delivery with a strong focus on Operational Excellence, you are responsible for ensuring the highest service and data quality standards, managing performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives of assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, identifying and implementing process improvements, monitoring KPIs, managing performance reviews with LSPs and carriers, and facilitating exception management.
