Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in areas that may include human factors in aviation, aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS), aircraft accident investigations, operational safety audits (IOSA), flight data analysis (FOQA), safety of aircraft components, aviation sustainability and environmental safety, ground operations safety and health.
  • The position includes a mix of teaching and service obligations, with a basic teaching load for non-tenure track appointments being 12 undergraduate credit hours (four courses) per semester.
