Salary
Base: $27.50 - $34.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate industrial sewing machines
Fabricate aerospace thermal blankets
Read and interpret technical drawings
Work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
Apply binding and fasteners to materials
Perform quality control checks
Nice-to-have
Experience with aerospace manufacturing
Familiarity with ESD, FOD, 5S, Tool Control
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams
Self-starter and team player
Use of Microsoft Office products
Key Requirements
Minimum High School diploma or GED
At least 2 years manufacturing experience
Ability to work with limited supervision
U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance
