Job Summary
The position shall be responsible for end-to-end leadership of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and allied services across real estate projects.
The role will drive MEP design management, statutory compliance, execution, customer coordination, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and lifecycle asset performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within cost, and to define quality and safety standards.
This position will report to CEO - Residential Business and requires 15+ years of proven experience in MEP design and execution within real estate /large infrastructure projects.

15+ years of experience
