Job Summary
As an after-sales district manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, controlling, and leading the commercial relationship between GMICA and the Chevrolet Trucks dealer network within your assigned territory.
Your main responsibilities include conducting frequent visits to existing dealers and potential new dealers, setting and monitoring daily sales and after-sales goals, and managing product and parts inventory levels for each dealer.
Ensure strong and efficient dealer operations that consistently deliver customer satisfaction and enthusiasm, and develop tailored sales and after-sales strategies per territory, optimizing dealer coverage across Peru based on business needs and opportunities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Minimum 5 years of commercial or dealer management experience
Proven experience in the automotive industry
