  • The KBS Business Controlling process manager will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing Business controlling processes worldwide and to achieve excellence in Business partnering and to ensure the Finance teams support business with Business controls and Analytics.
  • This role contributes to driving profitability through efficiency and productivity.
  • This role ensures that financial activities comply with the KONE Financial Control Model (FCM) and global accounting standards, while providing actionable insights—not just numbers—to enable informed decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Chartered Accountant preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance
  • At least 3 years in business controlling or FP&A roles
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, process mapping tools and BI tools
