Must-have

  • Replacement of automotive glass
  • Perform repairs on damaged glass
  • Complete pre and post inspection
  • Use various tools and scanning equipment
  • Remove and install trim panels without damage
  • Manage time to complete daily tasks

Nice-to-have

  • Previous collision experience
  • Collision Vo-Tech certification
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Understand written and verbal instructions

Key Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
  • Pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
