Job Summary
Execute core operations including cell culture, transduction, purification, formulation, and cryopreservation to complete cell product production tasks according to the plan.
Develop production plans, schedule production personnel, manage departmental recruitment, talent development, team building, KPI setting and assessment, and departmental budgeting.
Responsible for internal workshop inspections, tracking and confirming inspection issues, and supporting internal and external departmental audits, including preparing audit materials and accompanying auditors.

Key Requirements
6+ years of experience in cell culture, aseptic operations, and GMP production
Bachelor's degree or above in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related fields
Proficiency in GMP drug production concepts and practical application
Experience with deviation investigation, CAPA, and change control
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
