Job Summary

  • The Lead CT Technologist is responsible for directing day-to-day operations of the Computed Tomography (CT) and Nuclear Medicine (NM) departments and supervision of the CT, PET/CT, and Nuclear Medicine technologists and support staff as needed.
  • Assures daily staffing levels are appropriate for workload and quality patient care needs and supervises day-to-day activities of Radiology Personnel to ensure efficient staff productivity.
  • Provides input to manager/supervisor/ops coordinator on hiring and promotion decisions, corrective actions, coaching and counseling, and participates in interviewing and selection of new hire and promotion candidates.
