Job Summary
This role focuses on maximizing value recovery from customer returned units in LATAM region through refurbishment and Amazon Resale.
You will be responsible for implementing incremental value recovery capabilities in our fulfillment centers, enabling us to recover maximum value from returned units.
You will interface with Engineering, Category, Finance, Procurement, Data Science, and Returns and Customer Experience (RCX) teams to identify and execute solutions that improve recovery.
