Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science; advanced degree preferred
10+ years in medical devices (Class III preferred)
Proven success in LATAM markets, especially Brazil and Argentina
Experience managing full P&L at regional level
Ability to build high-performing teams and lead change
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills in English and Portuguese/Spanish
Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and internationally (approx. 50%)
