Must-have
5+ years front-end development experience
Expert-level React and JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
Modern CSS including Modules and styled-components
Experience with Vite or Webpack build tools
Proficiency in Git and CI/CD workflows
Unit, integration, and e2e testing experience
Accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA)
Nice-to-have
Experience mentoring junior developers
Familiarity with Supabase or BaaS platforms
State management libraries like XState or Zustand
Component library or design system work
AWS cloud platform familiarity
Python programming experience
