Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-14 years asset management experience
5-7 years leadership in client reporting
Expertise in Bloomberg FactSet Aladdin platforms
Proficiency in Power BI Tableau Python VBA
Strategic roadmap execution for reporting transformation
Nice-to-have
CFA FRM or IOC certifications preferred
Culture of innovation and accountability
Experience with digital engineering and AI
Strong stakeholder management across global teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business
10-14 years progressive experience in investment reporting
At least 5-7 years in leadership roles
Experience managing regulatory reporting and client onboarding
