Job Summary
This position is a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Talent Management who leads various talent management activities, including recruiting, on-boarding, training, employee engagement, and strategic sourcing processes.
Partner with business and cross-functional teams to execute the strategic workforce planning program that drives recurring workforce planning activities, delivers actionable planning insights, and manages strategic initiatives to close workforce gaps as part of the planning cycle.
