Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
  • 5–8 years of experience in BI, SFE, Commercial Excellence, or similar functions
  • Proven experience in data analysis
  • Project management experience in analytics, commercial initiatives, or sales productivity
  • Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of commercial metrics and sales force productivity models
  • Strong digital and collaborative skills
