Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
5–8 years of experience in BI, SFE, Commercial Excellence, or similar functions
Proven experience in data analysis
Project management experience in analytics, commercial initiatives, or sales productivity
Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Knowledge of commercial metrics and sales force productivity models
