This role provides dedicated, data-informed guidance to technology leaders across workforce planning, organization design, leadership effectiveness, performance, employee relations, and change leadership.
The position reports to the Chief Talent and Culture Officer and serves as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders, leading a team and supporting approximately 400–600 employees.
