Job Summary

  • The role involves planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, assisting with communication among employees, residents, families, and external agencies, and helping develop monthly activity calendars and attendance records.
  • The position requires assisting with discharge planning, resident assessments, arranging transportation, and maintaining a clean and secure Activity Department.
