Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Fleet Manager, you play a key tactical role in shaping the performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of our European trailer and truck fleet — a network of more than 1,600 trailers supporting all our distribution centres.
Your responsibilities include fleet administration & contract management, tactical fleet management & process ownership, control, reporting & performance insights, and supplier & stakeholder management.
Action offers a key role in one of Europe’s fastest growing supply chains with plenty of ownership and impact on fleet strategy, along with training via the Action Academy.

Must-have
Fleet planning and maintenance strategies
European contract management
Tendering for trailers, trucks, and tyres
Fleet process development and standardization
Monitoring supplier KPIs and performance
Tactical link between departments and suppliers
Nice-to-have
Experience with R&M contracts
Knowledge of EU transport regulations
Experience selecting workshops and service networks
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
5–7+ years of experience in fleet or transport management
Knowledge of trailer lifecycle, leasing, maintenance models and TCO
Experience in tendering, negotiation and supplier management
