Job Summary

  • Participates in conducting behavioural assessments and implements and documents specific behavioural interventions.
  • Coaches other direct care staff and supports the Behavioural Support Ontario leads in quality improvement initiatives and education.
  • Provides cognitive, social, emotional support and responds to resident/family concerns and medical emergencies.
