Job Summary
This role will lead the strategic transition and governance of Operational Resilience, ensuring the organization is equipped to manage disruptions and sustain critical services.
Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Operational Resilience framework, including defining critical services, setting impact tolerances, and establishing resilience controls.
Lead training and awareness initiatives on Operational Resilience, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and crisis management, and assess third-party resilience.

Key Requirements
