Job Summary
The Renewals Programs Senior Manager will structure, lead, deliver, and analyze sales programs in support of the Customer Success Group’s (CSG) Renewals Organization, focused on delivering revenue for Renewals Plan products.
Responsibilities include partnering with Renewals Leaders to drive pipeline and ACV, identifying strategic focus areas, and leading complex projects to support revenue growth.
Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated individual contributor with 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or related fields.
