Vanguard UK is seeking a Senior Associate Client Case Representative to handle client requests and ensure timely resolutions within established service levels. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in client services, and a strong understanding of direct indexing and tax-aware investing concepts
