This role is directly responsible for crafting the overall network strategy, analyzing network adequacy and performance, articulating the engagement and experience standards for Oscar’s providers, providing the necessary tooling to manage network build and maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will report into the EVP. President of Oscar Insurance and will be based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.

Salary
$319,608 - $419,107 per year; Bonus/Equity: company equity grants and annual performance bonuses; Benefits: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements
