• As a seasoned Principal Product Manager for Federal HR Solutions, you will be the subject matter authority in U.S. Federal Human Resources, guiding our product roadmap and collaborating closely with customers and scrum teams.
• We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $184,800 USD - $277,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $167,200 USD - $294,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

• 5+ years of experience in the U.S. Federal market
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience with federal HR systems
• 5+ years of experience with HCM and Payroll products
• Knowledge of Title V, OPM Regulations, DOD Requirements, GPPA
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
