Kubernetes cluster management and troubleshooting
GitOps strategies using ArgoCD, Helm and Kustomize
Kubernetes governance and compliance with Kyverno
Observability using Prometheus, Grafana and Jaeger
Infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code
Troubleshooting critical production incidents
Nice-to-have
Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
Service Mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd)
Container security knowledge and best practices
Multi-cluster GitOps architecture

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in DevOps/SRE in complex environments
Proven expertise with CI/CD pipelines and branching/versioning strategies
Strong Linux administration and network troubleshooting skills
Experience with Kubernetes policy as code and security enforcement
Experience with EFK/ELK logging stacks
Certifications in Kubernetes or cloud technologies (desired)
