Job Summary

• The Business Resilience group works with all departments within the firm to create business continuity plans (BCPs) focusing on employee safety, rapid response, and minimizing disruptions.
• Responsibilities include maintaining BCP data, technical management of the Fusion Risk Management system, creating documentation, assisting with exercises, and reporting on readiness.
• The role requires 4+ years of experience in Business Resilience within Financial Services, demonstrated knowledge of BCP/DR concepts, and strong technical and verbal communication skills.
