  • Own the growth “system” across the merchant lifecycle: Acquisition, Activation, and Retention.
  • Lead a team of 5–7 FTE supporting merchant growth across the Payment Acceptance ecosystem.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales/Service, Risk/Compliance, Pricing, Finance and Product to deliver scalable, mass-managed customer journeys.
