Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional certifications strongly preferred
  • 4–8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience
  • 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record in managing threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and application security
  • Strong understanding of Bank Negara Malaysia’s RMiT guidelines
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills
