Job Summary
This role ensures test aircraft are configured, documented, and cleared to support safe, timely, and high-quality T&E (test & evaluation) missions.
The TACM is tightly integrated with project planning, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to maintain configuration control, administer Pink Sheet processes, coordinate flight clearances, and execute inspection authority and QA acceptance functions for aircraft modification efforts.

Base: $130,600 - $200,000; Bonus/Equity: Potential for bonuses, commissions, sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives; Benefits: 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off
