The Global Recruitment Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for designing, driving, and executing world-class recruitment operations, processes, SLA’s, and policies across all regions and business units.
This role ensures operational efficiency, process consistency, and continuous improvement throughout the global talent acquisition organization by managing an ecosystem of professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Galderma is the emerging pure-play dermatology category leader, present in approximately 90 countries, dedicated to advancing dermatology for every skin story and empowering employee growth.
