The Audiovisual Service Technician is to provide end user training, troubleshooting, and issue resolutions to a variety of government customers and work closely with AV engineers, AV installation technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth end user experience of all AV systems.
Perform onsite AV system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure high levels of operational readiness and provide meeting and event support including set-up, in-meeting assistance, and post event breakdown or support.
