  • Lead talent planning activities with People leaders to develop pipelines and succession plans, and develop meaningful relationships as a trusted HR partner using people metrics.
  • Deliver HR projects on time, within budget, and drive engagement, while acting as 2nd line support for HR queries and coordinating complex people matters.
