Must-have
8-10 years commercial real estate research experience
Deep understanding of data center fundamentals
Advanced degree in Economics or Finance
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms
Comprehensive knowledge of APAC data center markets
Nice-to-have
Experience with GIS mapping and spatial analysis
Previous experience at leading CRE services firm
Established network within Asia Pacific ecosystem
Familiarity with sustainability and ESG considerations
Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
Key Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial real estate research
Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
Previous experience in Asia Pacific markets strongly preferred
