Job Summary

• This role is the bridge between our high-energy sales teams and the robust technology that powers them, ensuring Digital Order Management Systems (OMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms run at peak efficiency.
• Key responsibilities include providing expert technical support, diagnosing and resolving system errors, creating documentation and best practice guides, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
• The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Base: $140,000.00-160,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets; Base: $116,600.00-133,300.00 annually for all other US locations; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off
