Job Summary

  • The Global Maintenance Standards Lead is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and continuously improving maintenance standards, practices, and work processes across all CSL Behring sites.
  • This role sets the global framework for maintenance planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, and spare parts and CMMS standards, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assets.
  • The position partners with site and regional leaders to drive consistency, build capability, and embed maintenance excellence practices that support CSL’s patient-focused mission and Core Values.
