A Manufacturing Area Manager is responsible for leading operations across 3 shifts of production, managing salaried group leaders and shift leaders, and leading cross-functional maintenance and engineering teams.
Responsibilities include coaching, training, developing, and evaluating employees, analyzing and solving complex manufacturing problems, and leading cross-functional teams in obtaining resources.

Salary
Base: $119,500.00 - $186,900.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive pay program based on company, job level, and individual performance; Benefits: Health and wellbeing benefit programs, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, paid vacation & holidays, tuition assistance, GM vehicle discounts and more.
