Job Summary

  • The Carpenter maintains, services, troubleshoots, analyzes/evaluates, repairs, and installs / constructs wooden structures, sheet metal, doors, windows, cabinets, shelves, locks, closers, door operators, all associated hardware for preceding items, and other parts of hospital facility as directed including large and / or complex systems.
  • Performs, or directs and oversees preventative and routine maintenance, installs, and inspects for code and regulation compliance, wooden structures, sheet metal, doors, windows, cabinets, shelves, locks, closers, door operators, full range of associated hardware, and other facility assets or systems as directed.
