This position is responsible for managing and operating all aspects of the Security Control Center at the Medical Center.
The incumbent must act as a courteous liaison between the Department of Security and various hospital staff, patients, visitors, and external emergency entities.
Employees are expected to competently operate telecommunication, radio access control, and CCTV equipment while maintaining accurate records.
