The Operations Management Team stably supports sales personnel management and guarantee management, contributing to the company's goal achievement through affiliate sales verification and accurate commission settlement.
The role involves stably operating the financial guarantee system to preemptively control support fund/commission recovery risks, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of guarantee insurance and collateral (deposit pledge, mortgage, etc.) management.
