  • Serve as the first point of contact for facility guests, functioning as Receptionist and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Perform standard clerical duties including operating a multi-line telephone, two-way radio, and copy machine, as well as managing mail and logs.
  • Work part-time with irregular hours, including daytime, late afternoon, evenings, and weekends, with hours ranging from 4 up to 10 per event.
