This position is responsible for assisting all talent development activities under GTD for Europe and Mena including the management of Inbox, DISC & 360 assessment compilation.
The role partners with HRBPs and business leaders to identify regional needs and design development solutions that support the company's mission of fighting cancer.
Candidates must be proficient in managing virtual sessions and LMS platforms like Cognota and Degreed while advocating for a strong learning culture.

Must-have
5+ years Talent Development experience
LMS platform management (Cognota, Degreed)
Virtual and in-person training facilitation
Project management of participant activities
Customized workshop design and delivery
Nice-to-have
Experience with DISC and 360 assessments
Knowledge of 70/20/10 learning philosophy
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Strong presentation and communication skills
Collaborative approach in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years supporting Talent Development/L&D function
