Job Summary
Support the Credit Insurance area in the daily activities of the department, in administrative tasks, in supporting the policy issuance flow, management and administration of the insurance, in direct contact with internal and external clients.
Prepare follow-up and policy management reports; Monitor processes and interact with Commercial, Products, Operations and Claims areas, as well as direct contact with brokers and clients.
