Ojai Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Caregiver/Driver to provide daily care and transportation services for residents, primarily during weekdays from 7am to 3pm. The ideal candidate must have an Arizona Caregiver Certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to assist with both caregiving tasks and resident transport

Job Summary

  • Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Must be comfortable driving a company van to take behavioral residents to medical appointments.
  • At times when you are not out on appointment with a resident, you will be on the floor working as a caregiver.
