Must-have

  • 2+ years management experience in US Leave and Disability Management
  • In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws
  • Experience managing complex claims and legal compliance audits

Nice-to-have

  • Strong business acumen with mental health claims experience
  • Certification in HR, Wellness, or Disability Management
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking capabilities

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management-level experience in U.S. Leave and Disability Management
  • 5+ years case management experience (considered an asset)
  • Post-secondary degree or 5 years Disability Management experience if no Bachelor's
  • 2+ years people management experience required
