  • Manages a book of employee benefits insurance business, including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, ancillary, and wellbeing programs.
  • Provides professional and courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, business partners, and HUB colleagues to ensure account retention.
  • Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of HUB products and services and acts as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve complex issues.
